We are looking for sport retail enthusiasts to join our team of Sales Advisors to engage our clients by providing unsurpassed service. As the Front Face of the Brand, you will play a critical role in delivering a unique luxurious and inspirational experience for all our clients – selling a style and a dream, not merely a product.
As the ambassador of our brand, you are responsible for the end-to-end client experience and build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach. You will demonstrate a can-do attitude in every situation to constantly raise the service level provided and invariably exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities

- Engage clients and build genuine relationships through thoughtful, consistent outreach.
- Contribute to brand image and uphold store standards and visual displays.
- Demonstrate knowledge of fashion, styling, and product DNA to assist clients.
- Achieve and drive sales goals as part of a collaborative team.
- Maintain housekeeping standards in all areas of the store.
- Learn and stay informed about best sellers, new arrivals, and all category information.
- Be flexible with hours, including non-traditional schedules such as nights, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum 1 year in Retail Industry, preferably in sports or apparel brands.Proven track record in achieving sales results.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Passion and knowledge for sport fashion trends.Exceptional client service with a good service attitude.Ability to converse in English.Ability to work with a diverse client base.Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.Willingness to work non-traditional business hours including nights, weekends and holidays.Salary & Application Details
