• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and documentation skills.
• Good understanding or interest in banking processes, payments, or financial systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with tools like JIRA or Confluence is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn and work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
