Role
Your Role in VT Markets : As a Business Development Executive , you will report to the Business Development Team Lead within our Sales team (GCN Team) and be based in Malaysia with a primary focus on the Greater China market (GCN) . You will collaborate closely with the GCN Marketing team to drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer service to our Mandarin-speaking clients. Your critical impact will be expanding VT Markets\' presence in the GCN while providing outstanding support that builds long-term client relationships and drives revenue growth through superior customer experience and relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new clients and expand market share in the great China market (GCN)
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, resolving issues via live chat, email, and phone promptly with professional Mandarin communication
- Address client queries and provide comprehensive information about trading platforms, services, and market opportunities
- Product Knowledge : Stay up-to-date with our Forex products, market trends, and industry developments. Articulate the benefits of our services to clients
- Achieve Targets : Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently delivering exceptional results
- Collaboration : Work closely with our research, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure seamless client experiences
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and identify upselling opportunities
- Maintain accurate client records and provide regular reports on business development activities and market insights
Qualifications & Skills
What Makes You a Great Fit
Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or customer service, preferably in financial services or fintech industryProven track record of building client relationships and achieving business development targetsTechnical and Functional Skills
Native or fluent Mandarin and English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong knowledge of financial markets and trading platforms; FX knowledge is highly advantageousProficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital communication platformsSoft Skills
