This role focuses on delivering Oracle’s Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) solutions, aligning best practices with client needs, and driving the functional aspects of OFSAA implementations in the financial services domain, including AML, ECM, and KYC. Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle OFSAA products, understanding and fulfilling customer business requirements. Act as a liaison between clients and the technical team to translate business needs into functional requirements. Conduct workshops with stakeholders to gather business requirements and map them to Oracle’s best practice solutions. Provide subject matter expertise in OFSAA modules such as Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Enterprise Case Management (ECM), and Know Your Customer (KYC). Guide clients through regulatory compliance challenges in the financial crime and compliance domain, ensuring solutions align with local and global regulations. Assist in configuring OFSAA modules to fit business needs and support business workflows and processes. Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth delivery of OFSAA solutions from scoping through post-go-live support. Facilitate user training sessions to maximize the value of OFSAA solutions for the client’s operations. Lead functional testing and UAT to validate alignment with business objectives. Contribute to project governance with clear communication, risk management, and issue resolution. Qualifications

Extensive experience in consulting, particularly in financial services, compliance, or regulatory frameworks. Strong expertise in AML, KYC, ECM, or other financial crime management solutions, preferably with exposure to OFSAA. Proven track record in leading functional implementations of enterprise software, including business process analysis and solution design. Excellent understanding of financial services industry practices, regulatory requirements, and compliance trends. Strong communication skills for managing client relationships and stakeholder buy-in at all levels. Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and communicate them to technical and non-technical teams. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Experience

Previous experience with Oracle OFSAA solutions, especially AML, KYC, or ECM modules. Experience with large-scale projects, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management. Knowledge of financial services processes such as risk management, compliance, and regulatory reporting. Details
