Candidates with external audit experience, particularly those who have audited property development or construction companies, are also encouraged to apply. Strong knowledge of financial modelling, valuation, and project financing. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools. Good communication and presentation skills. Detail‑oriented, analytical, and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
Assistant Manager Corporate Finance (Johor)
This company is a Property Development company based in Johor. They are looking to hire a Corporate Finance Assistant Manager to support the company's fundraising, investment, and financial planning activities.
Responsibilities
- Assist in financial modelling, valuation, and feasibility studies for property development projects.
- Support fundraising activities, including preparation of proposals, term sheets, and communication with banks, investors, or government agencies.
- Conduct cash flow projections and monitor project financing requirements.
- Prepare and review financial reports, budgets, and investment papers for management and board review.
- Evaluate joint venture, acquisition, and divestment opportunities.
- Liaise with financial institutions, auditors, and legal advisors for financing and compliance matters.
- Support corporate restructuring, capital management, and risk assessment activities as needed.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights on property and investment market developments.
