Penerangan pekerjaanSolid working knowledge of accounting systems and software applications (e.g. SQL and Microsoft Office applications). Ability to work independently and as a team. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced business environment. Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills. Good understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting skills as well as attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations).
- Prepare monthly management reports, schedules and assist in budgeting.
- Monitor cash flow, petty cash and daily sales collection from outlets.
- Ensure timely submission of SST and other statutory reports.
- Review supplier invoices, reconcile statements and follow up on outstanding items.
- Assist Finance Manager in audit schedules, cost analysis and ad-hoc projects.
- Supervise junior accounts staff and ensure proper filing and documentation.
- Other ad-hoc projects, duties and responsibilities as required by management.
- Prepare and manage HR-related tasks such as employee record management and payroll processing.
