Responsibilities

  • Track and report creator performance metrics and analytics
  • Identify and prospect new potential sellers
  • Collaborate with creators, affiliates, and sellers on TikTok operations
  • Assist in developing TikTok marketing strategies and content calendars
  • Assist users with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide support regarding their accounts, content, or platform policies
  • Communicate with creators, affiliates, and sellers through emails, chats, or phone calls to resolve problems efficiently

Qualifications

  • Computer-literate and able to use Microsoft Excel confidently
  • Communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
