Senior Finance Analyst

Penerangan pekerjaanBuilds financial models, forecasts and budgets Prepares monthly / quarterly financial performance reports Tracks KPIs and variance analysis against budget / forecast Align spending with business goals Translates financial data into actionable business advice Advises leaders on cost control Work with department heads on budget planning and scenario modelling Evaluates ROI and risk for projects or portfolios Analyses industry trends and competitor performance Work on long-term business planning and competitive positioning Prepares management reports and performance analysis Analyses cost structures and operational efficiency Supports internal decision-making rather than external statutory compliance Identifies cost-saving opportunities Prepares and improves financial reports for management or regulators Ensures compliance with reporting standards Works with auditors and ensures data accuracy Support other related to finance matter that not mentioning above Full-Time Job (Permanent Employee) 5 Working Days / Week Medical Benefit Annual Bonus, 13th Month salary Increment Adjustment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional qualification (ACCA / CPA Australia / CIMA / MIA) is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment.
- Solid knowledge of Malaysian financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards, statutory laws and regulations.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, Bukku or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and in teams.
- Proficient in English, and able to speak in Mandarin would be an advance (to deal with Mandarin speaking management / clients).
