The role involves managing financial reporting, statutory compliance, and day-to-day accounting operations to ensure accurate and timely delivery of financial information that supports business decision-making. How You Will Contribute Financial Reporting & Compliance
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS / US GAAP.
Ensure timely submission of statutory filings (tax, GST / VAT, corporate filings, etc.).
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities.
General Accounting
Manage the general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
Monitor accruals, prepayments, and intercompany transactions.
Provide variance analysis and financial insights to management.
Controls & Governance
Implement and maintain internal controls, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Support risk management initiatives and process improvements.
Business Support
Work closely with business units to provide financial analysis and recommendations.
Support ad-hoc projects such as system implementations, cost optimization, and M&A due diligence.
Qualifications Overall 7-8 years post qualification experience (CPA / ACCA / CA preferred).
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally in audit (preferably BIG 4), corporate finance, or industry accounting. Service / consulting industry candidate preferred.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS / GAAP) and local tax regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, Xero, or similar) and MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
