Manufacturing Engineer

Overview

Plan and implement manufacturing process to improve efficiency and product quality.

Monitor production process to ensure efficiency and compliance with quality standards.

Coordinate with production & quality teams to resolve engineering related issues.

Review technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Assist in project planning, budgeting and documentations.

Develop and maintain process documentation including work instruction, SOPs, and control plans.

Monitor production KPIs and support initiatives to reduce cost, scrap, and downtime.

Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Experience in fabrication or machining environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of CNC machining, welding, and metal fabrication processes.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
