Overview

Tian Siang Premium Auto Sdn Bhd, a leading automotive repair and maintenance provider in Butterworth, Penang, is seeking a talented Mechanic / Diagnostic Technician / Team Leader / General Technician to join our skilled team. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring the efficient and high-quality repair of our clients' vehicles.

What you'll be doing

  • Performing thorough inspections and diagnoses of vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic equipment
  • Repairing and rebuilding mechanical components, engines, and electrical systems
  • Collaborating with the workshop team to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns
  • Maintaining detailed records of work completed and parts used
  • Adhering to all safety protocols and quality standards

What we're looking for

  • Formal qualifications in Automotive Engineering or a related technical field
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years experience as a Diagnostic Technician / Team Leader / Mechanic / General Technician in the automotive industry
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with the latest automotive technologies and industry regulations
