We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our dynamic team. As Business cum System Analysts, you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, helping us deliver exceptional lending and recovery software solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities

Master the Juris Studio Designer Suite (low code / no code proprietary framework) and be a subject matter expert on banking workflow process and guide banking users to achieve optimum efficiency
Collaborate with stakeholders by facilitating discovery sessions (UR) to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
Translate business requirements into workflow diagrams, with detailed functional and technical specifications for system design and development.
Configure Juris software on a non-programming level according to the captured requirements of the banks (SQL skill trainings shall be provided)
Facilitate and execute testing sessions (UAT) and work alongside programmers for rapid and full resolution of UAT defects.
Develop, design, test, resolve bugs and defects to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
Report tests, test coverage and document test results during execution.
Support the development and delivery of user training and support materials to facilitate smooth system adoption.
High performers shall be groomed on the Juris methods of project management processes and procedures.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree or Diploma in FinTech / Computer Science / Information Technology / Financial Engineering / Finance / Accountancy / Banking or a related field.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Skilled in Structured Query Language (SQL), PHP, PL / SQL or possess knowledge in the financial loans processing and credit management is an advantage.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Excellent command of English.

For Junior Position : 1 to 2 years of working experience in software delivery.

For Junior Position : Basic experience with system design, development and testing methodologies.

For Junior Position : Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

For Senior Position : More than 3 years of working experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst in software delivery.

For Senior Position : Solid knowledge in banking and financial services products.

Successful candidates will be required to work at Bangsar South area and may be required to travel as and whenever required.
