Penerangan pekerjaanWork with software developers and business unit leaders to translate process models into executable workflows. Define functional and non-functional requirements for workflow automation systems. Collaborate in system configuration, testing, and validation activities. Support workflow deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives. Bachelor of Computer Science or a related field. Experience with workflow / BPM platforms such as Joget, Camunda, ProcessMaker, Kissflow, Visio or Power Automate. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Eagerness to learn and work in a collaborative environment. MUST be willing to work US hours . Above average salary and performance-based incentives. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Business Process Analysis & Design
- Engage with stakeholders to understand current processes, pain points, and automation opportunities.
- Document and model workflows using BPMN 2.0 standards.
- Develop as-is and to-be process maps, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Identify process bottlenecks and propose actionable improvements.
