Responsibilities :

• Based on the business plan of Salomon and Descente, formulate the annual wholesale, distribution, and franchise business plans for the region (including but not limited to Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia); assist and guide partners in setting business goals aligned with overall company objectives.
• Maintain communication with local Salomon & Descente teams in each country; set standards for local wholesale operations and ensure efficiency.
• Promote the implementation of company retail standards and specifications at partners' stores.
• Analyze partner operations; support the development of brand and in-store promotion plans; coordinate execution to ensure alignment with company requirements.
• Supervise partners to provide accurate, timely operational data to support inventory tracking and merchandise management.
• Manage partner funds and payment collection, ensuring the achievement of annual targets and other key metrics.
