Job Purpose
The IR Intern will support the Human Resources team, particularly in Industrial Relations (IR) matters, by assisting in documentation, data management, employee engagement activities, and exposure to IR-related cases and policies. This internship provides hands-on experience in HR operations with a focus on employee relations and compliance.
Job Responsibilities :
- Assist in IR-related documentation (e.g., warning letters, memos, and meeting minutes).
- Support in tracking employee disciplinary cases, grievances, and counseling sessions.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for employee records and IR documents.
- Conduct research on employment laws, IR practices, and HR compliance matters.
- Assist in drafting reports and presentations for management on IR issues.
- Participate in employee engagement programs and HR projects when required.
- Provide administrative support to the HR / IR team in day-to-day operations.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the HR / IR team.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree / diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Strong interest in HR and Industrial Relations.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.Able to handle confidential information with discretion.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Job Type : Internship
