Penerangan pekerjaanPreferably to possess at least Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Art / Design / Architecture / Interior Design or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of related experience Proven experience as a Designer or Draughtsperson, preferably in the interior design industry Proficiency in using CAD software, such as AutoCAD and SketchUp Strong technical drawing and visualization skills Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and the design team A passion for interior design and a keen eye for detail and aesthetics Friendly and approachable personality Attention to detail and creative thinking
Duties and Responsibilities
- To assist Engineers and Surveyors to produce any drawings or sketches.
- To comply with client and applicable legal and other requirements.
- To implement plan actions from risks and opportunities assessment.
- To coordinate between various internal departments that is necessary in order to execute the duty.
- To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superiors.
- Design & plotting lighting plan from Client requirement.
- Work out budgetary
- Attend meeting, site visit and site coordination
- Prepare presentation slide
- Prepare as built drawings & Light adjustment
- Follow-up design fees
- Providing consultation to potential customers to determine their preferences and requirements
- Creating interior design solutions via our latest 3D software for their spaces
- Present proposals and recommendations to customer
- Build and maintain good relationships with prospects by providing good customer service
- Connecting with interior designers, architects and contractors to expand your network and increase customer base
