Responsibilities
To perform a task of providing support & service to the external customers and coordination for the internal departments. Assist the Sales / Customer Service Manager / Assistant in providing administrative, logistic & technical support to external customers, through effective coordination with the internal departments. Identify and develop new business opportunities in local and international semiconductor markets. Work closely with production or engineering to provide customer feedback and support product development. Understand and communicate semiconductor manufacturing capabilities, such as wafer fabrication, assembly, packaging, and testing. Perform pre-assembly review activities for any new device (existing packages) and assure customer requirements will be carried-out. Review the bonding diagrams for new devices (qualified range of products), coordinate internally to support production loading. Track and consolidate PO received from PC / planners. Release monthly report on the department’s activity updates. Any others task assigned by manager from day to day. Qualifications
Minimum Diploma / degree in any field preferably engineering or others related fields. Minimum 5 to 8 year experience in manufacturing environment preferably in semiconductor.
