We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible intern to join our HR team and gain valuable hands-on experience in human resource operations within a dynamic business environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding activities such as preparing offer letters, staff profiles, and orientation materials.
- Help maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and leave management.
- Assist in the preparation of HR documents (contracts, memos, and HR-related correspondence).
- Support employee engagement initiatives, staff activities, and internal communication.
- Liaise with the Admin team to ensure smooth HR and office operations.
- Provide support in preparing HR-related reports and updates for management.
