Your Role
As a Pre-Sales Engineer , you will be a critical technical voice in our growth story. You\'ll be the go-to technical expert for our prospective clients, working with the sales team to craft and showcase the value of our Card Issuance and Payments platforms. This is a strategic role where you\'ll also scale your expertise across the sales organization by creating enablement materials and training.
What You'll Do
- Be a Product Evangelist : Master the technical details of Reap\'s products and deliver compelling, customized demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Solve Customer Challenges : Lead technical discovery sessions, understand clients\' business needs, and design tailored solutions.
- Drive Technical Wins : Own the technical aspects of the sales cycle, including Proofs of Concepts (POCs).
- Bridge the Gap : Serve as the technical liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth pre-sales to implementation transitions and providing market feedback.
- Build Strong Relationships : Establish yourself as a trusted technical advisor to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Empower the Team : Create and maintain technical sales collateral and train the sales team on features and competitive landscape.
What We're Looking For
Experience : 2+ years in a Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineering, or similar client-facing technical role, ideally in FinTech, Payments, or SaaS.Industry Knowledge : Understanding of cards and payments ecosystem; foundational understanding of cryptocurrency; Web3 is a plus.Technical Acumen : Comfortable discussing technical concepts, API literacy, quick learner of new technologies.Exceptional Communicator : Able to translate complex ideas clearly for diverse audiences and present confidently.Problem-Solver : Curious, critical thinker who enjoys solving complex challenges.Collaborative Spirit : Able to work with sales, product, and engineering teams.Education : Degree in CS, IT, Business, or related field is a plus; equivalent experience considered.Languages : English fluency required; other languages like Mandarin, Spanish, or Portuguese are a strong asset.Why You\'ll Love Working at Reap
