Salary : RM2,500 - RM3,000 (depending on experience)
Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell company products / services
- Meet and exceed monthly & annual sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and customer segments
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and opportunities
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle issues professionally
- Understand product features, pricing, and benefits
- Recommend solutions to client challenges
- Work closely with marketing, customer service & operations teams
- Prepare sales reports, proposals & quotations
- Maintain accurate records in CRM system
- Attend sales meetings, training & events
Qualifications
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales (Science or Medical-related background is an added advantage)Possess own transport (if fieldwork or travel is required)Additional training or certification in sales, CRM, or customer service is an added advantage2–3 years experience in sales, business development, or a related roleProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong communication and negotiation skillsExcellent customer service and relationship-building abilitiesGood presentation and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilityFamiliar with CRM systems (Zoho) and Microsoft OfficeAble to work independently and in a teamGoal-oriented, confident, and self-motivatedGood time management and organizational skillsAdditional Details
