About The Job
- Perform general accounting and reporting tasks, including processing journal entries, calculating accruals, posting, and process allocations.
- Own the Workday Integrations for the assigned area, providing guidance and expert coaching to peers and the Team Lead Workday Integrations & Reporting on system capabilities and advanced optimization techniques.
- Lead the entire feature adoption lifecycle for the assigned integrations : identify improvement potentials, obtain necessary approvals, configure, test, and deploy new or enhanced integrations.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements, implement solutions, and coordinate and lead activities related to project work plans.
- Review and manage Workday bi‑annual release cycles for the assigned technical area, develop best‑practice reviews and readiness plans.
- Research new enhancements and improvement opportunities, maintain networks with other Workday customers, and stay current through the Workday Community.
- Configure, set up, develop test plans, and execute delivery of new Workday integrations and configuration updates.
- Act as a Level 2 Expert; support the Workday Support team in evaluating integration‑specific issues, enhancement requests, and prioritization for potential roadmap delivery.
- Collaborate closely with the Workday Support team and Workday Training & Engagement Specialist to determine when repeated issues or training questions require configuration changes.
- Maintain and improve technical knowledge about Workday for the assigned integration area.
- Partner with Workday Functional Developers to ensure a seamless end‑to‑end operation of Workday.
- Work with Workday Data Quality responsible to ensure data quality and integrity, supporting regular maintenance and system audits for assigned areas.
About You
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity.Excellent command of English (proficiency).Extensive hands‑on experience with Workday Integrations, ideally across all functional areas, with in‑depth knowledge of the assigned area (Workday certified).Hands‑on experience with Workday Extend application development.Experience with HRIS aspects of HR processes such as performance review, merit cycle, or onboarding.Analytical ability to review data, identify relationships, and possess strong analytical skills.Good communication skills, both written and verbal, and a strong listener.Team player with excellent organization, prioritization, project and time‑management skills to meet deadlines in a dynamic, transformational environment.Ability to build effective work relationships at all levels of the organization and explain technical concepts to less technical colleagues.Experience supporting and partnering with diverse and globally dispersed stakeholders and team members.You Can Expect a Range of Benefits, Including
