Job Description :

To ensure all company vehicles are clean interior and exterior.

• Daily check and ensure that vehicles are properly maintained and recorded. Mechanical faults should be reported immediately to Senior Executive, Human Resources Administration / Security Dept.
• Carry out daily dispatch to Johor Bharu / Singapore and other areas as instructed from time to time.
• Doing dispatch / collect documents, cheques, consumable products, cooking oil, etc. as instructed from time to time.
• Drive the allocated vehicles and send to appointed workshop for repair or services as required.
• All dispatch matters on daily work must be completed without any delay.
• Be able to receive and carry out work tasks / duties / responsibilities with minimum supervision.
• Carry out other duties as may be delegated by Human Resources Administration / Security Dept from time to time.
