This job is a full-time remote position where you'll chat with Mandarin-speaking customers to help them with their inquiries. Key Responsibilities : Respond professionally to live chat inquiries and address customer questions in a timely and courteous manner. Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, ideally in a remote or virtual setting. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment; self-motivated, customer-focused, results-driven, and disciplined. Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills. Creative thinker with effective problem-solving abilities. Reliable internet connection as this is a work-from-home role. Flexibility to work 24 / 7 rotating shifts, including midnight shift, weekends and public holidays. You would be working 9 hours per day (including 1 hour break), with 2 days off per week. Proficiency in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin (written and spoken) is required. Skills
