Role Overview

This role focuses on serving as a Sales and Marketing Representative on behalf of RS Ventures Group Sdn Bhd. It is a full-time hybrid position based in WP Kuala Lumpur, with partial work-from-home flexibility.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies
  • Delivering excellent customer service to clients
  • Participating in training sessions to enhance professional growth
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to execute campaigns
  • Ensuring sales targets and performance goals are consistently achieved

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proven sales experience with demonstrated results
  • Experience in training and coaching
  • Solid knowledge of sales and marketing strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
  • Background in insurance or banking industry is an advantage
  • Diploma or Degree Holder in Business, Marketing, or a related field
