Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline. 5+ years of experience in presales, technical consulting, or solution architecture roles within Cloud, AI, or IT services. Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and familiarity with AI / ML technologies. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business‑relevant value propositions. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Proven experience in developing proposals, delivering demos, and supporting end‑to‑end presales engagements. Hands‑on experience with cloud architecture, DevOps practices, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), or CI / CD pipelines is an advantage. Self‑motivated and comfortable working across diverse teams in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Salary : MYR 15,000 base per month (80 / 20 OTE split)
We are seeking a talented and motivated Cloud Presales Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, bridging technical expertise with business value to drive cloud adoption and digital transformation initiatives. You will collaborate closely with sales, engineering, and delivery teams to craft tailored cloud, AI, and data‑driven solutions that solve real‑world challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Pre‑Sales & Solution Consulting : Work directly with customers to understand business challenges, design cloud and AI solutions, and deliver impactful technical presentations, demos, and proof‑of‑concepts.
- Solution Architecture : Develop proposals and RFP responses that align with customer needs, ensuring scalability, cost efficiency, and long‑term business value.
- Customer Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including C‑level executives, IT decision‑makers, and enterprise architects.
- Market & Business Analysis : Research industry trends, customer demands, and competitive activity to identify new opportunities and refine service offerings.
- Technical Enablement : Partner with engineering teams to ensure smooth project delivery, and provide technical guidance during solution validation.
- Training & Evangelism : Conduct workshops and enablement sessions for customers and internal teams to drive awareness of cloud technologies and best practices.
- Cross‑Regional Collaboration : Support international sales initiatives, contributing to business growth across multiple markets.
- Continuous Learning : Stay updated with emerging technologies across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), AI / ML, and data infrastructure to maintain a competitive edge.
