Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in and phone enquiries at the showroom.
- Take and process customer orders accurately.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors regarding stock availability, delivery, and pricing.
- Prepare basic quotations and coordinate order confirmations.
- Ensure the showroom is well presented and stocked with samples / catalogues.
- Provide feedback to HQ on customer needs, market trends, and supplier issues.
- Coordinate closely with HQ for accounts, finance, costing, and invoicing matters.
- Maintain proper filing of orders, delivery notes, and related documents.
Requirements
SPM / Diploma or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field.At least 1 year of experience in sales support / customer service / showroom work (fresh graduates are welcome if enthusiastic).Good communication and interpersonal skills.Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).Benefits
