Overview

  • To develop and implement sales strategies for the assigned projects and ensure the achievement of the company sales goals.
  • To develop pricing strategies to optimize the selling price.
  • To lead, supervise, monitor and organize all resources to carry out sales implementation exercise.
  • Conduct market surveys, provide details to management and keep track of marketing trends and pricing.
  • To constantly update the management on the requirements of the purchasers.
  • Manage and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding customer service and sales results.
  • To manage the activities for achieving the company’s sales target.
  • To constantly analyze prospect database and formulate strategies to drive sales in order to meet the sales targets.
  • To monitor aging of booking conversion to ensure effective execution of sales plan.
  • To provide sales status report to Management.
  • To perform any other duties as assigned by superior or management from time to time.

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Studies / Marketing or other related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience as Assistant Manager / Sales Manager in property development industry.
  • Able to inspire, lead and manage the Sales team to implement Sales & Marketing strategies effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible and dynamic with the ability to think creatively to achieve objectives.
  • Confident, proactive, self-driven and customer focus.
