Responsibilities

Research on new products such as skin care, body care, hair care and household.
Troubleshoot QC or process problems.
To prepare any document related to GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 22716 & HALAL.
To issue confirmed master formula to Production.
To conduct stability study on lab sample.
Responsible for keeping, updating, filing and review of R&D department documents.
To compile relevant document for product notification and manufacturing.
To monitor first plant trial run and verified label content on packaging and regulatory requirement.
Perform other duties stipulated as per ISO 9001 : 2015 requirements.
To verify claim substantiation; review and approval of Film Art.
To prepare CEPT and attend to export related matter.
Assist in production notification such as QTCCC, E-COSMA, MHCW, BPOM, FDA, NPRA & etc.
Assist in CHRA & HIRARC.
To assist in raw materials evaluation & approval.
To conduct safety assessment according to latest requirement.
To develop product chasis suitable for launching.
Any other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Chemistry or any relevant field.

Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients)

At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required.

Preferably experience in FMCG Cosmetic & Toiletries industry.

A team player with good communication skill.
