Responsibilities

• Responsible for the quality assurance of the whole product life cycle.
• Identify failures and implement corrective actions and follow-up.
• Oversee inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing product to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables.
• Responsible for on-site audits of customers, audit checklist and follow-up to closure of non-conformities.
• Drive quality issue resolution through the 8D process, traceability / commonality analysis.
• Review and backtracking of customer complaints.
• Develop quality procedures to ensure capture and investigation, as well as proper documentation of quality issues and complaints.
• Plan and perform reliability testing.
• Plan and develop test methodologies for reliability testing of the product.
• Monitor risk-management procedures, maintain and analyze problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to management and product development.
• Provide training and support to the quality assurance team on systems, policies, procedures, and core processes.
