The Head of Health and Accident Claims is responsible for overseeing the claims department, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of health and accident claims. This role involves managing a team, developing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Main Responsibility
- Manage Claims Department : Oversee daily operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of claims.
- Policy Development : Develop, implement, and enforce claims policies and procedures.
- Compliance : Ensure all claims are processed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Team Leadership : Train, mentor, and manage claims staff to maintain high performance and quality standards.
- Customer Relations : Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Claims Analysis : Review and analyze claims data to identify trends and improve processes.
- Reporting : Provide regular reports to senior management on claims activity and department performance.
- Dispute Resolution : Resolve complex claims issues and disputes.
Qualification and Experience Requirement
