We are looking for an experienced Sales Administration professional to support our sales team, manage training programs, and coordinate client accounts and HRD Corp grant applications.

Job Details

  • Job Type : Full‑time / Permanent
  • Position Level : Executive
  • Qualification : Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, HR, or related field
  • Discipline : Sales
  • Schedule : Monday – Friday
  • Experience : Minimum 1–2 years in sales administration, training coordination, or HRD Corp processes
  • Pay : RM 2,400 – RM 2,600 per month

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team in managing training programs and client accounts.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of HRD Corp (HRDC) grant applications and ensure compliance with requirements.
  • Coordinate with trainers on schedules, training materials, and logistical arrangements.
  • Maintain and update databases for training participants, clients, and trainers.
  • Monitor and track training schedules, attendance, and post‑training documentation.
  • Liaise with internal departments (Finance, Operations, L&D) to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
  • Support the team in coordinating events, workshops, and client engagement activities.
  • Perform any other ad‑hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, HR, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales administration, training coordination, or HRD Corp processes.
  • Familiarity with HRD Corp (HRDC) claims and applications is a strong advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM / ERP systems is an added advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders (clients, trainers, internal teams).
