We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Manager to oversee multiple outlets within a designated region. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring consistent brand standards, leading teams, and achieving sales and profitability targets. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a hands‑on approach and a deep understanding of retail or F&B operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing multiple outlet operations
- Responsible for outlet sales performance & outlet costing (P&L)
- Train and develop team to be top‑notch customer service agents
- Formulate and execute project delivery plans
- Develop internal & external partnerships
- Monitor performance of projects through key metrics, provide periodical performance reviews, and generate insights and recommendations to senior management
- Develop a deep understanding of the project including but not limited to machine SOP training and handling, product innovation, and market trends
Job Requirements
3-4 years of experience in F&B / retail field as a manager, and at least 1 year as an Area ManagerAbility to work independently, navigate priorities and tasks assigned in an organized and timely manner with a strong sense of ownershipStrong communication skills, fluent in written and spoken EnglishPossess a can‑do, solutions‑focused approach in a fast‑paced / unstructured environmentExcellent interpersonal and interaction skills to work together with people from diverse backgrounds and different levelsEnergetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive; a team player who can positively and productively impact both strategic and operational initiativesMUST possess own vehicleMay be required to travel domestically / internationally to support the implementation planHead Office is based at Kota Damansara, with nationwide branches.
