Facilitate and participate in Multidisciplinary Team Meeting (MDTMs) to provide smooth delivery of client care and services.Coordinate the care of the patient through the medical director and provide direct client care.Monitor, reassess, and evaluate the client’s condition in implementing the care plan for the patient.Communicate and build rapport with the clients.Ensure that par stock of supplies for products and consumables is maintained.Adhering to the protocols, norms, rules, and regulations to maintain complete records.Maintaining a hygienic and safe working environment in compliance with the procedures and protocols.Preparing rooms and decontaminating equipment and instruments.Preparing clients for examinations and procedures.Assisting the chief medical director / medical director during consultations.Observing and recording the client’s behaviour.Carrying out the requisite procedures.Experience in IV therapy, injections, and minor medical procedures is preferred.Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is advantageous.Qualifications
Registered Nurse
Diploma or bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field qualifications
Certificates in CPR, BLS (Basic Life Support), or ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) are a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience (experience in a wellness, spa, or integrative health setting is a plus
Working Conditions / Physical Demands
- Full-time position, with flexible shifts that may include weekends or holidays.
- Standing for extended periods, frequent walking, and assisting in patient positioning.
- Handling medical equipment, administering treatments, and performing clinical procedures. Must be physically fit to handle emergencies and patient care duties.
