Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with lease agreements. Proactively communicate with tenants regarding lease renewals, rental increases, and property updates. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to attract potential tenants and maximize property visibility. Utilize various marketing channels to promote available properties. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement and adaptation of marketing strategies. At least Diploma in Real Estate, Mass Communications, Business Administration or other related disciplines. At least 3 years of experience with proven track record in leasing. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of leasing laws, regulations and best practices. Candidate must possess own transport and willing to travel.
Position Overview :
The candidate will be responsible for leasing and sale of properties within our portfolio while implementing effective marketing strategies to attract potential tenants / buyers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the leasing and sale process from inquiry to lease / SPA signing.
- Conduct property tours for prospective tenants / buyers, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings, providing accurate information and addressing concerns.
- Negotiate lease terms and rental rates or sales price to achieve optimal outcomes for both parties.
- Prepare lease agreements / SPA and other necessary documents, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
