Executive - Leasing

Position Overview :

The candidate will be responsible for leasing and sale of properties within our portfolio while implementing effective marketing strategies to attract potential tenants / buyers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the leasing and sale process from inquiry to lease / SPA signing.
• Conduct property tours for prospective tenants / buyers, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings, providing accurate information and addressing concerns.
• Negotiate lease terms and rental rates or sales price to achieve optimal outcomes for both parties.
• Prepare lease agreements / SPA and other necessary documents, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
