Base pay range

Responsibilities

  • Liaising with customers in all areas of sales; customer interaction is vital.
  • Meeting set sales targets.
  • Stocking, replenishing and cleaning the sales area.
  • Assisting with product selection.
  • Offering advice to customers.
  • Dealing with customer complaints.
  • Utilizing specialist product knowledge.
  • Monitoring and updating sales display areas.

Qualifications

  • Min possess SPM.
  • Fresh graduate / candidate without working experience are welcome.
  • Can speak English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Pleasant, well groomed and enjoy interacting with people.
  • Customer service oriented, team player and possess initiative.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for the Lego products.
  • Willing to work on shifts / public holidays / weekends.
