Who are we?

Sri Nona Food Manufacturing Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Cocoaland)'s journey has been one of reinvention – from our humble beginnings as a family-owned, local snacks and fruit gummy producer to now a major confectionary manufacturer that is listed on Bursa. Today, Sri Nona Food Manufacturing Sdn Bhd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd (F&NHB) , after a full acquisition on 4 November 2022.

What will you do?

Safety, Health & Environment

  • Comply with the safety protocols, minimize workplace hazards, and maintain a safe work environment. Promote industrial harmony and ensure compliance with all labour laws.
  • Report any accident / incident / near miss to identify the root cause and propose corrective / preventive actions.

Quality Management

  • Ensuring that machinery is operating correctly and contributing to the production of high-quality food products.

    • General Management

  • Performing routine maintenance checks on machinery and equipment to identify and address potential issues before they escalate into breakdowns.
  • Diagnosing and resolving problems with mechanical systems and equipment, often involving electrical and hydraulic aspects.
  • Repairing or replacing faulty components, ensuring equipment is restored to optimal functionality.
  • Implementing and executing preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Maintaining accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, including equipment settings and production data.
  • Working with other team members, such as quality assurance personnel and production supervisors, to address production issues.
  • Assisting with the setup and operation of machinery and equipment for specific production runs.
  • Ensure team attend and contribute to relevant meeting related to the individual production line.

    • About you?

  • Strong mechanical aptitude, understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems, and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues effectively.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and guidelines, and the ability to follow them.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with engineers, supervisors, and other technicians.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in food manufacturing or similar industries.
  • Familiar with and experienced in using problem-solving tools.
  • Knowledgeable about Health, Safety, and Environment requirements.
