Join the Malaysia team as PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE PROFESSIONAL (PMO) - On Contract , where you will support the daily operation of the project management through administrative coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

You will assist in preparation, compilation, organization and submission of project related documentation to internal, external suppliers and authorities.
You will support the Project Manager in coordinating with clients, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of projects.
You will maintain up-to-date and systematic filing system for all project documents, both hardcopy and electronic records.
You will assist and coordinate with project managers to gather data for reports, schedules, drawings, testing and commissioning documentation.
You will ensure all project documentation adheres to company policies, quality standards and client contract requirements.
You will support internal and external audits.
You will facilitate smooth communication between internal stakeholders, subcontractors, clients and regulatory bodies.
You will perform any other administrative work as assigned to support the project management team.

Qualifications and experience

Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related field

1 to 2 years of experience in administrative role

Industry-specific experience in similar project administrative or project coordination role within healthcare or construction industry is an added advantage

Fresh graduate with strong proficiency in the needed skills is encouraged to apply

Attributes and skills

Proficient in using MS Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point)

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines

Excellent written and verbal communication and follow-up skills

Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Team player and able to work independently

Proficient in document management, strong problem-solving and critical thinking
