About The Role
- Grow customer lifetime value through AIA’s and digital partners’ platforms, related to AIA’s digital and online-to-offline (O2O) products.
- Improve customer activation, retention and engagement through multi-channel marketing messaging campaigns across email, WhatsApp and SMS.
Roles And Responsibilities
Customer Marketing
Develop and execute marketing campaigns for policy renewal and customer retentionDesign and implement engagement initiatives to gather behavioural insights on customersIdeate and conduct rapid experimentation on marketing initiatives, projects and campaigns to optimize performance of campaignsFormulate strategies and plans for improving customer onboarding, nurturing, growth (cross-sell and up-sell) and retentionDevelop targeted test campaigns leveraging data models and predictive algorithmsManage, create and execute campaigns on MarTech platformApply data models and segmentation to drive effective cross-sell and up-sell campaignsSet up marketing automation workflows for renewals and trigger-based campaignsSet up tracking codes to effectively monitor campaign performanceCoordinate marketing campaign calendar for digital and O2O initiativesMonitor, analyse, and report on key performance metrics of marketing initiatives to stakeholders and managementTrack and manage marketing spend within allocated budgetCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders, agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiativesStay updated with the latest trends and tools in digital and social media marketing, and apply to works as appropriateMonitor and report on brand and competitors marketing activitiesBrand & marketing
Ensure all marketing creatives and copywriting align to AIA’s brand standardsProvide copywriting and editing support to internal teams such as product and customer service teamsCollaborate with AIA’s marketing team for wider support on major campaignsMinimum Job Requirements
Degree in Marketing / mass Communications / Business Administration with minimum 5 - 8 years of working experience in marketing / branding / social media backgroundStrong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and partnersStrong project management skillsMeticulous and has good time management skillsExperience with enterprise CRM and lifecycle marketing platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, Mailchimp, Clever Tap, Braze is an added advantageComfortable with data and strong analytical skills – perform analysis, connect user actions to data pointsAbility to manage multiple projects concurrentlyKeen sense for details with an analytical and critical thinking mindsetAbility to think creatively, highly driven and self-motivatedStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishBuild a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
