Job Description :
- Assisting the project manager in the implementation of the project within the outlined scope, budget and timeline;
- Assisting in monitoring project progress, addressing potential issues, and reporting the project progress to the management.
- Assist in the creation and delivery of communication materials;
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.
- Attend, contribute, and take minutes at weekly team meetings, and perform and assist on ad hoc tasks when required
Selection Criteria :
Good command of English, Bahasa Melayu, and / or any other additional language.Knowledge and skill set in coordinating, developing, planning, and executing projects for social impact.Good problem-solving, organisational, and communication (Written & Verbal) skills.Ability to interpret and present information and / or data related to the projects.Interest and passion in Project Management.Deliver effective and engaging presentations to a variety of audiences - Presentation SkillsConsistently approaches work with a positive, constructive attitude, an eye for detail, and seeks to improve processesOptional - Having editing and design skills is a plus point.Able to work during weekends (depending on the project requirement, a replacement day off is provided).Able to travel if required.Will be residing in Malaysia and able to commit full-time during the internship period.Interns are expected to assist with ad-hoc tasks as assigned and / or required.Project Exposure & Learning Opportunities :
As a Project Management Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience across a variety of community-focused initiatives depending on the timeline and project priorities. You may assist in programs such as NGO Academy (a monthly capacity-building series for NGOs), GoGreen Waste2Life (a recycling education and collection drive), UnityInCare (elderly home visits), Back to School (education support for Orang Asli students), PPR Home Clean-Up, and more. Past interns have supported logistics, partner coordination, volunteer management, and impact reporting, contributing directly to meaningful, on-the-ground social impact.
