ABOUT THE ROLE :

You will be assigned to the Project Management Department to assist with assigned projects, and to provide support and administrative assistance to the team.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO DO :

  • Assist in the overall coordination of assigned project-related matters and provide periodic reports to supervisors.
  • Assist in monitoring the performance of consultants and contractors, including the evaluation and verification of contractual work and related certificates.
  • Assist in reviewing Letters of Award to safeguard the company's interests and benefits.
  • Ensure that all procedures are carried out in compliance with the company's ISO policy.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.

    • DESIRED QUALIFICATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCES :

  • Pursuing a Degree in Civil Engineering or other related fields.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Willing to be based in Section 26, Shah Alam.
