Social Media Manager

Role Description

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and ensuring their needs are met. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal teams, overseeing project timelines and deliverables, handling client communications, and identifying opportunities for account growth. The role requires effective communication and strong organizational skills.

• Account management, client relationship management, and customer service skills
• Experience in project management, including planning, executing, and overseeing projects
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and video production processes
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in using CRM software and project management tools
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
