- Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with stakeholders to identify CRM requirements through vendor workshops.
- Process Mapping and Optimization : Map current customer interaction / sales processes and identify bottlenecks. Recommend process improvements and system design that meets the sales users’ requirements.
