Social Media Marketing & Graphic Designer
Create and develop visual content for social media (Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Facebook, etc), websites, advertisements, and marketing campaigns.
Produce high-quality graphic designs, digital images, and artwork for branding, sales galleries, promotional materials, and corporate communication.
Plan, shoot, and edit photos and videos of properties, events, and lifestyle content for multiple platforms and audiences.
Develop social media strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement.
Design daily creative materials such as posters, banners, visuals, and ads for online and offline use.
Ensure all designs adhere to the company’s branding and visual identity.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to generate creative ideas aligned with campaign goals and market trends.
Requirements :
Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, or related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience.
Proficient in design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva; video editing skills).
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within the advertising, arts or media industry
Familiarity with photography, videography, and editing — with experience in lifestyle, or event content creation being an advantage.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with marketing, sales, and management teams.
Up-to-date with property marketing trends, social media formats, and creative innovations.
