Job Title : Transaction Specialist - I

Job Type : 1-Year Contract

Job Mode : Fully Onsite

Salary : Up to RM2,400 / month

Experience : Minimum 2 years of hands-on SAP experience (transactions, order management, or planning modules)

Eligibility : Malaysian citizens / residents only (no sponsorship)

Job Description :

  • Manage internal supply chain transactions to ensure on-time delivery of customer commitments.
  • Collaborate closely with order management and factory scheduling teams to maintain operational alignment.
  • Handle internal exceptions and coordinate changes to product parameter and routing processes.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Data management of sales orders and delivery notes in SAP.
  • Populate and maintain data in planning systems and ensure system synchronicity and data accuracy across planning platforms.
  • Generate and publish regular reports, track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and planning metrics.

  • Skillsets :

  • Experienced in SAP transactions and system functionality.
  • Highly organized with strong task orientation and follow-through.
  • Detail-focused with commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Strong communicator with excellent English written and verbal skills.
  • Experienced global team collaborator.
  • Computer skills required : Excel, SAP, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Required / Desired Skillsets :

  • SAP : Basic to intermediate experience in transactions, order management, or planning modules.
  • Excel : Basic knowledge (pivot tables, formulas, data handling).
  • Other Tools : Outlook, Word, PowerPoint (basic proficiency).
  • Soft Skills :

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Strong task follow-through and commitment to accuracy.
  • Good English communication (written and verbal).
  • Able to work in a global team environment.
  • Access or Macro Knowledge : Nice-to-have but not mandatory — training will be provided.
