Ecommerce Growth Optimization Specialist

Role Description
We’re seeking an Ecommerce Growth Optimization Specialist—someone who loves combining data, design, and smart merchandising to turn web traffic into real revenue. You’ll own the online shopping experience in both our DTC stores and major marketplaces, driving the next wave of TAHAN’s global growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Landing Page & Offer Optimization : Build, launch, and continually refine ecommerce landing and main pages targeting both local and overseas markets to maximize conversion rates.
- Write, test, and optimize page copy, product titles, descriptions, and CTAs.
- Work closely with designers to implement high-performing UX / UI elements that align with brand guidelines.
- Conduct user journey audits across WooCommerce or Shopify and make UI / UX improvements.
- CRO Program Execution & Testing : Own and execute A / B and multivariate testing roadmaps (layouts, copy, creatives).
- Analyze results, document learnings, and iterate based on insights.
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or equivalent website analytics platforms to monitor and drive performance.
- Marketplace Listing Management : Manage and optimize product listings across various marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, TikTok Shop, Amazon).
- Maintain up-to-date campaign details, features, pricing, and creative assets across all platforms.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and brand consistency across product catalogs.
- User Behavior & Performance Analysis : Conduct both quantitative (data analytics) and qualitative (heatmaps, session recordings) user research.
- Track metrics such as CVR, bounce rate, session duration, and revenue per visit (RPV).
- Translate data into actionable recommendations and reports for cross-functional teams.
- Benchmark competitor product pages, ad strategies, and landing experiences.
- Stay current with ecommerce trends and share recommendations based on global best practices.
- Typical Requirements : 2 – 4 years of experience in conversion rate optimization, ecommerce merchandising, or performance-driven web optimization (experience with overseas-focused DTC brands is a plus).
- Demonstrated experience working with and optimizing WooCommerce or Shopify stores.
- Hands-on experience with web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar).
- Familiar with marketplace product listing management and content optimization.
- Deep understanding of UX / CRO principles, funnel testing strategies, and conversion metrics.
- Strong writing and editing skills for ecommerce content.
- Analytical, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
