Customer Service Specialist

As a subsidiary of Moov Logistics, KB Liner is a growing player in the shipping and logistics industry, committed to delivering reliable and efficient global solutions. We are now seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage end-to-end shipment coordination with overseas agents and suppliers, handle booking inquiries, monitor shipment progress, and prepare and verify documentation. You will also ensure timely billing and release of HBLs, serve as the first point of contact for overseas agents, and promptly resolve or escalate issues as needed. This position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to perform under pressure while maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with overseas agents to manage and track shipments.
• Handle and monitor inquiries and complaints related to supplier bookings up to vessel loading, including billing and timely release of HBLs.
• Maintain accurate shipping records, invoices, and documentation for each shipment.
• Monitor performance and build strong working relationships with overseas agents.
• Serve as the first level of escalation for issues raised by overseas agents.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the Supervisor on the same day for immediate action.
