• Design, develop, and modify PLC programs for new and existing automation systems (Allen Bradley, Omron, Siemens, ABB).
• ###
• Troubleshoot and resolve automation and control system issues to minimize equipment downtime.
• ###
• Perform system integration of PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and field instrumentation.
• ###
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial communication networks (Ethernet / IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP, Profibus, etc.).
• ###
• Support preventive maintenance, calibration, and reliability improvement for automation systems.
• ###
• Maintain detailed documentation of PLC programs, electrical schematics, and system configurations.
• ### ### Requirements for the role :
• ###
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
• ###
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in industrial automation, preferably in manufacturing or process industries.
• ###
• Strong hands-on experience with PLC Systems : Allen Bradley, Omron, Siemens, ABB HMI / SCADA Systems : FactoryTalk, WinCC, CX-Designer, or equivalent
• ###
• Networking : Ethernet / IP, Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, TCP / IP configuration
• ###
• Experience reading and tracing PI&D drawings, Electrical drawing
• Willingness to work flexible hours during commissioning or breakdowns
• Familiar with VFDs, sensors, actuators, servo drives, and industrial robotics
