Membership Marketing Team Lead

About the Role

As the Team Manager for the Product Marketing , you will be a major contributor to driving customer acquisition through innovative marketing strategies and cross-functional collaboration. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team focused on designing and executing campaigns that convert prospects into loyal customers. This role demands a balance of creative problem-solving, and analytical rigor to optimize acquisition funnels and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Execute Acquisition Strategies : Collaborate with Senior Growth Manager and implement innovative product marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and align with company goals.
• Team Leadership : Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of marketers, fostering a collaborative, results-oriented, and growth-focused culture.
• Campaign Execution : Oversee the end-to-end development of marketing initiatives, including playing an integral role in the campaign planning, content creation, channel optimization, and performance tracking.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work seamlessly and effectively with Product, Design, Data, and other marketing teams to align acquisition efforts with product launches, promotions, and overall marketing objectives.
• Data-Driven Optimization : Work with relevant teams to analyze funnel performance and customer insights to refine strategies, optimize conversion rates, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Stay Ahead of Trends : Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep the company’s acquisition strategies innovative and effective.
