Responsibilities
Ensure timely preparation of Management Accounting Reports from the system for submission to the Management Perform finance duties, including receivables and payables processing, general ledger maintenance, tax, and bank reconciliation Assist in managing cash payments and collections (cash flows) To support in company audit and provide all related documents required by the auditors Perform any other duties / responsibilities as assigned by the Management Facilitate smooth Finance process for consultants, other departments and management Compliance to policies and procedures Investigate and address incidents or complaints, implementing corrective actions as required Liaise with other departments on financial-related matters Accounts
Handle full set of accounts including GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliations, fixed assets, and journal entries Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, and analysis for internal review Ensure accurate and timely closing of accounts and supporting schedules Monitor cash flow, assist in budgeting and forecasting Coordinate SST filing, audit, and tax-related matters with external parties Review staff claims, vendor invoices, and payment vouchers Liaise with the billing team to reconcile patient collections and revenue Maintain proper documentation and filing for accounting records Support system implementation or upgrades involving finance modules Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis and administrative tasks as assigned Handle daily bank transactions, deposits, and reconciliation Monitor cash flow and assist in cash forecast preparation Liaise with banks on related matters (payments, remittances, etc.) Requirements :
Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent qualification. Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in accounting or finance. Familiar with accounting software (e.g. SQL, UBS, Autocount, SAP, etc.). Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines. Knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and taxation is an advantage.
